Faculty House, s.r.o. is a building in Martin on Holubyho street no. 3, which provides for rent apartments in the building in the range of 3 floors. Each separate apartment is equipped with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and hallway. Tenants can use a shared laundry room in the building. The building is equipped with 8 underground garages and also includes 20 parking spaces for motor vehicles. The rear part of the complex can be closed with an electronic gate. Also in the back of the plot there is a wooden stand for summer sitting and rest of tenants in the building.
